About Frank Herrera

Frank Herrera has counseled the premium cigar industry since 2001. Over twenty-five years of state and federal litigation, regulatory and transactional practice, with a focus on corporate law and trademarks, his work has followed the cigar from the tobacco field to the retail shelf. Most of his clients are cigar manufacturers in the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Honduras and Europe, along with the importers, distributors and retailers who bring their cigars to market.

Its earlier edition and its WordPress edition, which ran through 2018, remain online, and the publication continues here with the Cigar Law^TM Tracker, a calendar of key dates and analysis written for the people who make decisions in the cigar business. He also hosts Cigar Court on YouTube.
